The Inner Fitness Project™ is an Inner Health & Wellbeing movement. Our mission is to have the basics of Inner Fitness be as familiar and well understood as those of physical fitness. Through our publications and live play titled “The Circle,” we focus on the skills and strategies that help people powerfully navigate life hurts, disappointments and personal challenges. Our aim is to identify the basic principles and practices that forge inner health and wellbeing, and turn Inner Fitness into a global conversation.

Through a fun, interactive play - The Circle - workshops, and deep-dive conversations, we teach you how to turn concepts into actions that transform your life.
