From the comfort of your own home, join our online Zoom inner fitness workout, facilitated by The Inner Fitness Project CEO, Tina Lifford. With five classes to choose from, and more being added regularly, with the push of a button you have the opportunity to transform your thinking and life and build inner strength and resilience in the company of a growing thriving community.

Core StrengtheningCourse Description: This workout introduces key Inner Fitness concepts including setting intentions, understanding fundamental Inner Fitness truths, and a deep dive into the 7 Core Inner Fitness Concepts. This workout will leave you feeling uplifted, empowered and better equipped for designing the life you most want to live. There is no limit to number of times one can take this workout. Strengthening your inner fitness core is foundational to every other practice. This workout meets you where you are each time.

Notes:The class will run approximately one hour. However, our ending times are flexible. Please allow for the possibility of the class going slightly over. We are committed to a kind, comfortable, organic completion to all our classes.
