Core StrengtheningThis workout introduces key Inner Fitness concepts including setting intentions, understanding fundamental Inner Fitness truths, and a deep dive into the 7 Core Inner Fitness Concepts. This workout will leave you feeling uplifted, empowered and better equipped for designing the life you most want to live. There is no limit to number of times one can take this workout. Strengthening your inner fitness core is foundational to every other practice. This workout meets you where you are each time.
