Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

Course Description: EFT is an easy to learn process that calms stress. It teaches you to manipulate key energy points in your body to immediately reduce your level of stress. This skill artfully combines Self-love statements and tapping to support a stronger, more resilient and less fear-based self. The results will be immediate and the learned skill will support you for the rest of your life.

Course Description: Behind your self-judgment is an unstoppable spirit and light. We each must learn to push aside the bolder that obscures our light. The mass of the bolder that diminishes your light is judgement. However, it is not the judgement of others but rather your own self-judgment that darkens your world. A deeper level of Self-care is required. A deeper level of Self-care is available. Activating Self- forgiveness it will turn tender areas in your life into healed and resilient parts of you and support you the rest of your life. Learn to let go of the past and forgive yourself first.

Core Strengthening
Course Description: This workout introduces key Inner Fitness concepts including setting intentions, understanding fundamental Inner Fitness truths, and a deep dive into the 7 Core Inner Fitness Concepts. This workout will leave you feeling uplifted, empowered and better equipped for designing the life you most want to live. There is no limit to number of times one can take this workout. Strengthening your inner fitness core is foundational to every other practice. This workout meets you where you are each time.

The class will run approximately one hour. However, our ending times are flexible. Please allow for the possibility of the class going slightly over. We are committed to a kind, comfortable, organic completion to all our classes.
